Since 1997, Hong Shing has been a staple in the Toronto food culture by consistently providing Chinese cuisine from family recipes to communities throughout Toronto and its surrounding areas.

The name Hong Shing derives from the Cantonese language meaning “Strong and Healthy” and “City Fortress Gate” which was the inspiration for our iconic logo.
